MMA star Chris Lytle and Indianapolis Colts RB Donald Brown train on the Indo Board

More and more professional athletes are integrating the Indo Board into their training regimes. Here MMA Welterweight title contender Chris “Lights Out” Lytle and Indianapolis Colts running back Donald Brown train together under the watchful eye of Jim Leo, owner of Pit Fit in Indianapolis, IN.  Jim, Chris and Donald all understand the importance of balance training and how it improves proprioception, neuromuscular response and kinetic chain stability.  Most importantly these guys have fun while training on the Indo Board and that keeps them coming back for more!

Indo Board Enthusiast, and pro surfer, Bethany Hamilton. Her movie – Soul Surfer. Go see it!

Peter Lewis, Cheri Hamilton, Bethany Hamilton, Hunter Joslin, and Georgette Akai

Soul Surfer, opening in theatres today, is based on Bethany Hamilton’s true life story. Bethany was attacked by a 14 foot tiger shark on October 31, 2003. The attack left Bethany with a severed left arm.
We are so stoked that Indo Board  was there from the beginning helping Bethany in her quest to become a Professional Surfer after the loss of her arm. She continues to surf and inspire people all over the world. Go Bethany! Keep surfing! You are amazing!
You give us hope.
Much Aloha and Mahalo goes out to Tom Hamilton, Bethany’s dad, for his adamant support of the fact that Indo Board played a part in Bethany’s training.  Indo Board was well placed in several scenes in the film largely due to Tom’s influence in the production of the film.
Go see Soul Surfer. You’ll leave the theatre inspired.
