STABILITY

The Indo Board Foam Roller Stability Package was introduced two years ago with trainers and fitness enthusiasts in mind. 

The Indo Board Foam Roller Stability Package offers different levels from the sliver to half-round to full-round roller for a complete progressive Balance Board workout. The foam wedges helps with progression from the half round roller to the full round foam roller. The full roller can be used with the Indo Board Original, Mini Original and Rocker Boards but is also perfect for Myofascial Release of muscle tension before and after workouts. Use wedges to progress roller exercises from the half round roller to the full round foam roller. This keeps users at a level of difficulty that is comfortable. Slivers and Wedges are perfect for Beginners Use Wedges as chocks for the Roller creating a Teeter-Totter effect, this is good for learning to use an Indo Board Roller.  Sort of training wheels for the roller.

On the 12th Day of Christmas Indo Board Man showed me, exercises you can do with your Indo Board!

Included with your Indo Board Training Pack or Indo FLO package is this handy poster detailing exercises you can do on your Indo Balance Board.

This poster is double sided and includes exercises on both the roller and the Indo FLO.

The poster is a great starting point in setting up a core strengthening and balance board work out routine.

The 12 Days of Indo Board – Day 7!

On the 7th Day of Christmas Indo Board Man showed me

The Gigante Cushion!

This Gigante is quite a bit bigger than the IndoFLO cushion. 24 inches versus 14 inches in diameter.

The Gigante cushion adds a very fluid movement and 360 degrees of instability (like you are on the water) under the board. The Gigante cushion is incredibly versatile due to the ability to easily change the amount of air in the cushion to completely change the range of instability you experience. There is no pump required as the Gigante cushion is mouth inflatable and take less than 5 seconds to change the inflation level.

There are several ways of using the Gigante cushion. Wake Board, Wake and Wake Surfers like using the Gigante with the Indo Rocker deck to help them train. SUP riders and surfers enjoy using the Gigante under an Original Indo Board to help simulate the instability encountered when SUPping and Surfing.

Indo Board Man even used an Original on top of the Gigante to train the late football great Junior Seau.

You can choose to use one or two Gigante’s under your surfboard to help you simulate surfing or SUP!

You can buy a single Gigante or grab the SUP pack which comes with 2 Gigantes to put under your SUP.

Indo Board Man also uses the Gigante and a weight to train. No Board required for this workout he and Suzie Cooney did.

Indo Board is proud to partner with Jon Ham of Fitness on the Run to launch our Continuing Education Workshops on the West Coast. Jon has many years of experience using the Indo Board as a tool with his high profile clients in the Los Angeles area. Jon is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from University of Illinois. Jon also competed on the Varsity Gymnastics Team and was a member of the team that finished 3rd in the NCAA Championships in 1998 and a Big Ten Championships bronze medal winner on the High Bar in 2001. Jon recognizes that the Indo Board brings a fun, totally unique and highly effective way of training balance, proprioception, core strength and kinetic chain stability and uses the Indo Board with every client that he trains.

Conditioning and strengthening of specific muscle groups and joint structures

Injury prevention
