Why the use of Indo Board as training preparatory to surf?
Why Indo Board means training balance, concentration,
coordination. It is to build, refineand stabilize new motor
patterns not previously possessed. It means to sharpen our
abilityto adapt, enhance the capacity for motor control and
guidance, improving fluidity, harmony and security in doing
athletic.Train "dry" on the Indus Board allows our body to
acquire the motor patterns to reproduce when you are in the
water, until they become the automatism. All this results in a
